Dayna Halm- Founder & Experience Designer

I am a builder and operator who bridges the gap between high-level vision and on-the-ground execution.

Having deep empathy allows me to understand guests on another level. From that vantage point I can control every aspect of the guest experience which has made Bungalow Boss relevant in the marketplace.

I bring a unique blend of high-touch hospitality and high-tech strategy to the Partner Role.

The Operator: As a Founder, I understand the "Owner's Mindset" because I live it.

The Experience Designer: I don't just manage logistics; I curate experiences. Using my background in design and hospitality, I ensure that every guest interaction—from the first message to the review—is handled with dignity and anticipatory care.

The Systems Architect: I am deeply passionate about using AI and automation to remove administrative noise. I build workflows that allow homeowners to focus on what they do best, knowing the foundation is secure.
